SPU 201.2 / DPD16-2012, Requirements for Green Stormwater Infrastructure to the Maximum Extent Feasible for Roadway, Trail, and Sidewalk Projects
The purpose of these rules is to clarify the City’s requirement to implement “green stormwater infrastructure to the maximum extent feasible.” The rule will define steps for reporting and evaluating compliance with this requirement.
The rules will be available on DPD’s website, http://web1.seattle.gov/dpd/
