- DPD DR 7-2013 / SDOT DR 05-2013, South Lake Union Street Concept Plans, went into effect November 6, 2013. This rule incorporates the South Lake Union Streetscape Concept Plans into the Seattle Department of Transportation’s Right-of-Way Improvements Manual as Appendix I.
- DPD DR 8-2013 / SDOT DR 04-2013, Roosevelt Neighborhood Streetscape Concept Plan, went into effect November 6, 2013. This rule incorporates the Roosevelt Neighborhood Streetscape Concept Plan into the Seattle Department of Transportation’s Right-of-Way Improvements Manual as Appendix J.
- DPD DR 9-2013 / SDOT DR 03-2013, Thomas Green Street Concept Plan, went into effect November 6, 2013. This rule incorporates the Thomas Green Street Concept Plan into the Seattle Department of Transportation’s Right-of-Way Improvements Manual as Appendix K.
- DPD DR 10-2013 / SDOT DR 02-2013, Denny Way Streetscape Concept Plan, went into effect November 6, 2013. This rule incorporates the Denny Way Streetscape Concept Plan into the Seattle Department of Transportation’s Right-of-Way Improvements Manual as Appendix L.
- DPD DR 11-2013 / SDOT DR 06-2013, 10th & 11th Avenue Street Concept Plan, went into effect November 6, 2013. This rule incorporates the 10th & 11th Avenue Street Concept Plan into the Seattle Department of Transportation’s Right-of-Way Improvements Manual as Appendix M.
- DR 14-2013, Amount of Relocation Assistance Payment under the Tenant Relocation Assistance Ordinance (TRAO), became effective November 6, 2013. The purpose of this rule is to adjust the amount of relocation assistance by the percentage amount of change in the housing component of the Consumer Price Index.
