We have updated our pre-submittal conference application and scheduling process.
- We now have separate applications for the land use and construction pre-submittal appointment requests. We tailored the questions on these separate applications to the application conference type; this will help us provide the best resources at your conference.
- We have aligned the pre-submittal process with our paid coaching process. Customers are expected to pay the initial conference fees before their appointment. Our goal is to collect fees in a timelier manner and to reduce the time customers use during their conference to pay these fees. There is one exception: for construction high rise and atriums appointments, the conference lead will tell you how much you owe and when to pay your fees.
Our updated forms are now available both online and in our Applicant Service Center. We will accept the old application forms through February 28, 2014. You need to start paying your fees before scheduling your conference on Monday, March 3, 2014.
