- DDR 15-2015, Structural Steel Welder Qualifications, sets the department’s requirements for approval of welders who perform structural steel erection on all projects subject to City of Seattle building permits.
- DR 23-2014, Method of Specifying Thickness of Spray-Applied Fire-Resistant Material (SFRM) for Structural Steel, clarifies the documents that need to be submitted to DPD.
- DR 24-2014, Field Inspection Procedures for Spray-Applied Fire-Resistant (SFRM), sets the procedures for special inspectors for SFRM.

- DR 11-2012, Parking Reductions based on Frequent Transit Service, will be rescinded due to anticipated code changes.
