In May we announced our plan to upgrade DPD’s system for self-issued electrical permits. Those changes are now scheduled to be launched in September. The upgraded system handles additional permit items, is more secure, and is easier to maintain.
In preparation for this work the current system will be turned off the evening of Monday, September 13. The new system should be available the afternoon of September 14.
There are instructions on the new screens telling users how to re-register and recover the data they had in the old system. Frequent users will also get an email with those instructions when the new system is ready.
