DPD is in the process of evaluating its website, www.seattle.gov/dpd, in order to make improvements. For the past several months, we’ve been conducting usability studies, interviewing customers, and analyzing the current use of our site. Our goal is to use this research to create a customer-driven site—a site that presents the information you need in an easily accessible, user-friendly way.
