DPD continues to receive public comments on the Shoreline Master Program (SMP) draft regulations that were released on February 9, 2011. The deadline for comments on the proposed regulations has been extended to May 31, 2011. Seattle residents, business owners, and community groups are encouraged to review the draft regulations and provide input.
The SMP update, including the Director’s report, proposed regulations and proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan is available at: www.seattle.gov/dpd/Planning/ShorelineMasterProgramUpdate/Overview/.
