In recent months due to an increase in the number of applications and reduced staffing we have not met our initial plan (IP) review targets for some projects. For projects with a two week IP target our goal is 80 percent completed within ten work days. In August only 71 percent of projects had a complete IP within ten work days; however, 98 percent of the projects had a complete IP within 11 to 15 days.
For larger more complex projects we have a goal of 80 percent complete IP within eight weeks. In August 79 percent of projects completed IP within eight weeks and 97 percent were complete within nine weeks.
We expect our performance in September to be similar with most projects that do not meet target being no more than one week past the target date.
