DR 17-2012, Applicability Of Street-Level Use Limits In Mapped Areas Per 23.47A.005.C.1.g, clarifies the street-level use requirements for new develop abutting an arterial street. Residential uses are limited to no more than 20 percent of street-level street-facing facades only along arterial streets. This rule was effective on January 7, 2013.
