Last month’s Open House & Community Workshop for the 23rd Avenue Action Plan was a great success. Participants were able to confirm what we heard during Phase 1 of the project, vote on priorities, and participate in small group discussions to begin working on achieving the community’s shared vision.
In an effort to increase accessibility and ease of participation, we scheduled an all-day open house for those who were unable to attend last month’s event. This drop-in open house will allow participants to prioritize strategies through a dot exercise, develop actions, and sign up for action teams on the same topics covered at the June workshop. We are hoping this will be an opportunity to get input from business owners and anyone else that couldn’t make it to the last workshop. We will be on hand all day—drop in anytime!
Wednesday, July 17
7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monica’s Village Place
140 23rd Avenue South
