- Tip 121, Criteria for Consistently Prepared Applicant (CPA) Submittals, was updated to include information about electronic application requirements.
- Tip 213B, Application Requirements for Lot Boundary Adjustments, was updated to reflect new review process steps and to remove references to outdated publications.
- Tip 229, Residential Use of a Floating Home, House Barge or Vessel, was updated to explain are adopting a Directors Rule to clarify requirements for residential use of a vessel.

- DR 13-2013, Clarifying the application of Design Review thresholds for congregate residences. For purposes of determining if Design Review is required for a proposed congregate residence, each bedroom within the proposed residence will be counted as one-quarter of one dwelling unit.
