Which Version Applies to My Project?
If your project application is submitted on, or after, January 1, 2016, you must comply with the 2016 Stormwater Code and Manual.
If we accepted your project plans and documentation for permit review prior to January 1, 2016, you may use the 2009 Stormwater Code and Manual.
