Seattle DCI has two new Engineering and Technical Codes Managers in Engineering Services: Cheryl Burwell and Ardel Jala. Cheryl and Ardel both bring many years of engineering experience in the private sector to the position, as well as many years of plan review service in Seattle DCI. They will be serving in the positions previously held by Rick Lupton and Steve Pfeiffer, who both retired earlier this year.
