In response to customer feedback, SDCI has set up a special customer service team to focus specifically on difficulties customers encounter applying for a permit through the Seattle Services Portal. This team can help SDCI’s customers with topics such as:
- Login issues
- Status questions
- Uploading documents
- Pre-application questions
- Corrections status
- Public notice status
