We are pleased to announce our new Monthly Training Sessions for the Seattle Services Portal. Our goal is to help Portal users understand more about the permits process via our online portal. We will meet the third Tuesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Please join us in person or via Skype to have all your questions answered live. Here are our next few topics:
September 17, 2019: What Does My Status Mean?
Understand the status of your permit, inspection, or complaint. In this training session you will learn where to find your status, how to interpret icons, what actions must be taken by you, and what steps are being completed by SDCI.
October 15, 2019: All About Documents
Learn to locate all documents associated with a permit or record. In this training session we will help you understand document types, find documents, and know how to upload documents to the Seattle Services Portal.
November 19, 2019: Open Q&A
Bring your questions about the Seattle Services Portal to our open Q&A session with experts from SDCI.
