We will be providing a two-hour workshop for all of our customers that receive annual or biannual inspections on their boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, or escalators. Most of the workshop will cover how our customers can benefit from understanding the features offered in the Seattle Services Portal. We will also demonstrate our internal processes and what customers can do to ensure they receive all notifications at each step of the process to keep their sites compliant.
This workshop will be ideal for you if you have questions about:
- How to pay fees for one or multiple items efficiently
- How to find certificates
- How your records are structured and how you can organize them
- How to benefit from making a user account
- How to keep all contact information up to date
