Come to City Hall for a landlord workshop, on May 22, that explores all of Seattle’s rental regulations and fair housing laws from move-in to move-out. This 4-hour workshop starts at 10:00 a.m., breaks for lunch at noon and resumes at 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. We’ll have guests from Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities to talk about incentive programs. Seattle Housing Authority will also be presenting briefly on their Housing Choice Voucher program. Questions are welcome throughout the presentation. Training materials will be provided and certificates will be issued at the end. We also ask you kindly complete a survey to let us know what we are doing well and what we can do better. This is an in-person event only. The nearest parking is at the Columbia Tower which also has several eateries in its food court for lunch.
