- DR 5 – 2026, Protecting Trees in Environmental Justice Priority Areas – Roots to Roofs, clarifies that for projects proposed under the Roots to Roofs Bonus Pilot Program, Tier 2 trees may not be removed from Neighborhood Residential (NR) zones located in environmental justice priority areas.
