In response to state and City permitting timeline legislation, applicants may now temporarily suspend permit reviews on Master Use Permits. Pausing permit review may benefit an applicant when reconsidering or reworking an application.

Pausing permit reviews will pause all review activity and the review clocks used to measure permit timelines.

A Pause Project Review request can be made through your Portal account. When you are ready to continue reviewing the Master Use Permit, you can submit a Resume Project Review request.

Use the Seattle Services Portal to submit your Pause or Resume Permit Reviews request.
