DPD has revised the application form for post-permit submittals, including shop drawings, revisions, blanket permits and sprinklers. For most types of submittals, the form requires the same information as it did previously. For revisions, a checklist has been added to the form to fully identify the scope of the revision so that applicable reviews triggered by the post-permit submittal will be identified earlier and more consistently. The revisions checklist must be signed by the primary applicant or the financially responsible party.

We are gradually moving into a monthly billing system for land use projects. When fully automated, an invoice will be sent to any project which has accrued fees during a given month. Invoices will also be sent and monitored at the time a decision is ready to be published or a permit is issued.
