We are pleased to announce our new Monthly Training Sessions for the Seattle Services Portal. Our goal is to help Portal users understand more about the permits process via our online portal. We will meet the third Tuesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Please join us in person or via Skype to have all your questions answered live. This is one more step in our efforts to further improve the experience of our Seattle Services Portal Users.
All permitting, licensing, inspections and complaints functions will be converting to the system over the Memorial Day Weekend. We will offer limited services on the Friday before the weekend and the following Tuesday due to the complex nature of our data and the magnitude of the system. Our new integrated system will be up and fully functional on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
