Durkan issued an Executive Order to align the City of Seattle’s policies on facility closures and permit suspensions with Governor Inslee’s statewide ‘Stay Home, Stay Healthy’ order, which is now extended until at least May 4, 2020. Electronic Plan Review: Seeking Public Input

This process will allow customers to submit their plans electronically and provide cost savings by reducing paper usage, time spent reproducing and consolidating plan sets and eliminating most trips to DPD.
DPD Project Portal: More Ways to Skip the Trip
DPD has rolled out the Project Portal, a new set of online tools for permit applicants. You can now use the Portal to conduct your online permitting business with DPD.
EPlan Review Pilot Project Update
Electronic plan submission and review is now in the pilot project stage. DPD will be working with 45 applicants to develop processes and technology for electronic submission and review of plan sets for building and land use permits.
