DPD held an initial public meeting for this study on July 26, and gathered feedback on priorities for future growth and preferred types of improvements near the Northgate Transit Center. The study is exploring how the public environment (streets, sidewalks, parks, bus transfer points) may be arranged in the district near the Transit Center, as well as building forms, preferred mixes of uses, and ways to achieve a truly livable, healthy and attractive place.
