- Tip 337, Demolition and Deconstruction, was updated to clarify that we will allow demolition of housing if we have accepted a permit application to establish or change a use.
- Tip 419, Commissioning Requirements in the Seattle Energy Code “Commercial Building” Provisions, was updated to remove outdated information about commissioning permits.
