The customer serving/walk-in hours are changing for the Chinook and Eastgate locations of Seattle & King County Public Health’s Environmental Health Services (EHS) division. These locations provide plumbing and gas piping permits and plan review to the public, among other services. The new hours will be: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday and Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The new hours are effective February 3rd, 2020. These hours align with SDCI’s hours except for the 3:00 p.m. closure, which EHS is changing for finance and risk considerations.
The Chinook office location is 401 5th Avenue, Suite 1100, Seattle, WA 98104. The Eastgate office location is 14350 SE Eastgate Way, Bellevue, WA 98007.
