SDCI’s Renting in Seattle program offers free quarterly training for housing providers. Join us for the next Landlord Workshop on Wednesday, May 27 at City Hall from 10:30 AM – 1 PM where we will cover Seattle’s rental regulations from move-in to move-out. Training materials are provided. Seattle Public Utilities and Seattle City Light will be there to promote their incentives and programs as well as Seattle Housing Authority to discuss their housing choice voucher program.
