SDOT Development Review Participation in the MUP Process

We have updated the Preliminary Assessment Reports to provide more information and we have been attending Early Design Guidance (EDG) pre-submittal conferences. In addition, we have been providing the Design Review Boards with SDOT recommendations and reviewing the MUP / SEPA analysis for transportation impacts.
Updated Stormwater Best Management Practices Address PCBs
We’ve updated Best Management Practices (BMPs) in the City of Seattle Stormwater Manual to more specifically address polychlorinated biphenyls, commonly known as PCBs, and other toxics. The updated BMPs are C1.25, C1.30, and C-1.50. We are making this change to reflect new information that has become available on PCBs in building materials.
