New Renter’s Handbook

Renting in Seattle, a program within SDCI, published the Renter’s Handbook. The handbook is a completely revised version of the landlord/tenant summary, required by rental agreement regulations in the City. Designed as a companion to the Renting in Seattle website, the Renter’s Handbook covers the rental cycle from finding a home to moving out. It provides information about the rights and obligations in the rental relationship, as well as some practical tips to enhance it.

COVID-19 Site Safety Requirements and Documentation

COVID-19 has significantly changed the way we all work, and construction is no exception. Jobsite safety as we know it has changed significantly over the past year. The state of Washington and the City of Seattle have both published site safety requirements to manage exposure to COVID-19. These requirements should be read and understood by contractors, and necessary site safety should be in place during construction activity onsite.

Snow Safety Guidance for Outdoor Tents

According to the National Weather Service, Seattle could get significant snowfall Thursday night through the weekend. Snow accumulation on tents can cause them to fail and injure the occupants. Temporary tents should not be occupied during periods of snow or ice accumulation, unless they are designed for full structural loading per the Seattle Building Code.

Kế hoạch này cho phép nhiều doanh nghiệp và hoạt động trong nhà tăng khối lượng công việc hơn nhưng giới hạn số lượng người trong một không gian, được gọi là “sức chứa” trong kế hoạch mở cửa trở lại. Thuật ngữ “sức chứa” là số lượng người trong một không gian. Để biết sức chứa giảm bớt được phép theo kế hoạch mở cửa trở lại, quý vị sẽ cần biết sức chứa thông thường cho không gian của mình và sức chứa tối đa cho phép theo hướng dẫn mở cửa lại của Thống Đốc.

영업장 재실률 확인 방법

현재 COVID-19 확진자 수에 대응하여 주지사는 제한된 실내 운영을 허용하는 새로운 재개 계획을 마련했습니다. 이로 인해 더 많은 사업장과 실내 활동의 운영 범위가 확대되는 한편 재개 계획에서 “수용 인원(capacity)”으로 일컬어지는 공간 내 인원 수를 제한하게 됩니다. 이를 전문 용어로 “재실자 수(occupant load)”라고 합니다. 재개 계획에 따라 허용되는 축소된 재실자 수를 확인하시려면 해당 공간에 대한 정상 재실자 수와 주지사의 재개 지침에 따라 허용되는 최대 수용 인원을 알아야 합니다.
